I agree that people can become able to speak English by memorizing English sentences. I have two reasons to support my opinion based on reproducibility and testimony.

The first reason is that you can use English example sentences as they are in conversation. Also, you can modify parts of the example sentences for use.

The second reason is that there are many people who say they have become able to speak English by memorizing example sentences. For example, according to the book by a person who speaks 20 languages, ‘From my experience of becoming multilingual the best method I believe in is to memorize basic sentences by heart.

In conclusion, when considering the importance reproductivity and testimony. I believe that people can become able to speak English by memorizing English sentences.
